“Thank you so much for today! It was a huge help having your clear vision and extremely fast and effective layout plan. It’s clarified things for us and now instead of being nervous about it all, we’re excited. We’ll definitely go with your design, it makes sense and capitalises on the best use of space. Thanks for sending on the examples too, lovely design ideas there.
Lovely to meet you Eva, you’re an absolute gem.” PmcG 20 October 2020

Delighted we had a consultation with Eva to help us decide on a layout for a reconfiguring of existing space. She’s very practical and considers budget. We were at a standstill and couldn’t imagine the space. Very useful small expenditure in our overall project and lovely person to deal with. Highly recommend. CC, 25 June 2020

“I am delighted with my consultation! Thanks to Eva, we can remodel our existing space to provide a larger bedroom for our daughter without losing space in other rooms. This will cost considerably less than extending the property so now our budget covers re-modelling the family bathroom as well. Eva is bursting with great ideas and solutions and the drawings provided will be perfect for getting quotations. I can highly recommend Eva and I will definitely be using her again.” AD, Churchtown. “It was lovely to meet you yesterday and I can’t thank you enough for your help with the plan. I knew what we had wasn’t working and we needed the creativity and a bit of reassurance to do something different. It makes much more sense and I actually feed quite excited about it! We are meeting the builder tomorrow and I really hope we can make it work.” LW, 8 May 2019
“Best decision we have made! Eva arrived and I couldn’t believe what she managed to achieve in our 2 hour time frame. She managed to do up very specific drawings for us for our garage to be converted into a 1 bedroom apartment at the side of our house, including all the essentials needed – safety measures as well as practical details. All within the small space that we had to work with. She was super professional and focused, straight into work mode, used every single minute of her time to give us ultimately exactly what we had hoped for and more. I will be highly recommending Eva to all I know and would encourage anyone thinking about it to just book her!”
Hi Eva,
Well after a long hot summer we’re finally finished. Just have a little external window insulation to get done, but inside is complete. We’re absolutely delighted with how your ideas transformed the whole downstairs. There’s lots of light even on the dull days. I’ve attached pictures, but you’re more than welcome to come see it if you want.
Thanks for all your help and encouragement. So glad we decided to stay.
