School’s back, work has resumed, Christmas is put away, time to embrace a brand new year!
- Money will be short so we’ll all need to be creative in how we meet our needs in our homes.
- For ourselves, that will mean occasional trips to Ikea for low cost but stylish accessories and home-wares.
- Should means allow, investment in more expensive but enduring pieces will not be overlooked!
- On a larger scale, planning ahead for our family’s needs as our children enter the teenage years will mean either one of 2 things…
- (A) A modest extension so that we can create an additional living space to complement our open-plan living area or
(B) The re-configuration of our living space at first floor level to achieve the same goal. - The decision will be made by AIB…are they really lending or not???
- Many of my clients find themselves in the same position and so, I am frequently being asked to provide both modest and more ambitious solutions within the course of my 2 hour consultations.
- I am happy to do so…once you have identified your issues, there will always be an OPTIMAL solution, whatever your needs and circumstances.
- I hope you will find this site useful in generating solutions for your home.
- Should you need more detailed advice, contact me on 087 2940805 to arrange your own personal 2 hour consultation. This costs €300 in the Dublin city area.
- With best wishes for the year ahead, Eva
